Background

Richard is an IT professional and computer scientist with hands-on experience across managed services, network administration, cybersecurity operations, and systems engineering. He has directly designed, deployed, and supported IT environments for small businesses, enterprise organizations, and academic institutions, including Microsoft 365 migrations, Active Directory and Azure AD environments, VPN and MFA rollouts, endpoint security hardening, and full network infrastructure builds.

His background spans MSP operations, enterprise networking, and higher-education IT support, giving him both the technical depth and operational discipline to deliver on every client engagement. He founded TIMBUKTU on the conviction that technology should empower every person and organization, not stand in their way.
