Richard is an IT professional and computer scientist with hands-on experience across managed services, network administration, cybersecurity operations, and systems engineering. He has directly designed, deployed, and supported IT environments ranging from small businesses to enterprise and academic institutions, including Microsoft 365 migrations, Active Directory and Azure AD environments, VPN and MFA rollouts, endpoint security hardening, and full network infrastructure projects.

His background spans MSP operations, enterprise networking, and higher-education IT support, bringing both technical depth and operational discipline to every client engagement. He founded TIMBUKTU on the belief that technology should empower every person and organization, not intimidate them.

TIMBUKTU was founded on the belief that technology should be understood, not intimidating. We believe that computer technology, when understood and applied intelligently, possesses the ability to be the solution in all and every field of work. From STEM to the humanities, computer technology will be, if not already, a part of everyone's life.
